With a budget, many things will come into play such as cost of live performers, or a DJ, what types of music to be played at the reception, and if any, how many performers to do a piece. It is not unheard of for a church to disallow certain material that they deem inappropriate. It would be wise to check with them first, most times however, there is no problems with selections people choose.
